Crest started in 2008, with Principals Jeff Boudreau and Charlie Kipp buying a few condo units in Chicago’s Beverly neighborhood. Fast forward to now, and Crest is a full-service property management firm with 1,700+ units and $255M of assets under management, responsible for leasing, marketing, rent collection, maintenance, construction, capital improvement projects, and more. Our team has over 65 years of combined experience in all aspects of real estate. Crest’s mission is to assure our clients that they have experienced and profitable managers on their side while providing our tenants with the best rental experience possible.
